Identification of processing – How do we collect personal data?
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, particularly the Act to modernize legislative provisions regarding the protection of personal information (Law 25), RÉNÔVÀ collects personal data in its possession when the user:
- Fills out forms on the website;
- Responds to a survey;
- Completes a printed form;
- Sends an email or communicates by phone.
Personal data collected – What personal data do we collect?
RÉNÔVÀ collects information when visiting their web page, primarily by completing online forms.

In general, when personal data is required to use a service or access specific content, its provision will not be mandatory, except in cases where it is specifically indicated that it is required for the provision of the service. In this case, the user may freely choose not to register and/or not to contract the services.

Any false or inaccurate statement resulting from the information and data provided, as well as the damages these pieces of information could cause, will be the responsibility of the user.
Purpose – What are the personal data we collect used for?
The personal data requested from the user will be used for the following purposes:
- In the case of a service contract offered on the site, to create and maintain the business relationship and to carry out activities and provide RÉNÔVÀ services (including, without limitation, management, administration, delivery, and improvement of services).
- Sending newsletters, as well as commercial communications, promotions, and/or advertisements from RÉNÔVÀ, either occasionally or periodically. Consent
By providing personal data to RÉNÔVÀ, the user declares their acceptance of their processing fully and unreservedly by RÉNÔVÀ. The user hereby gives their free, express, and informed consent to RÉNÔVÀ to use the collected data for the purposes indicated in the Purpose section above, as well as their incorporation into a database/third-party applications used by RÉNÔVÀ.
RÉNÔVÀ performs the processing of the user’s data legitimized by: (i) the conclusion of a service contract with RÉNÔVÀ by the user, in accordance with the terms and conditions made available to the user at the end of completing the service request form (before potential hiring) and which the user (after having taken notice) may accept by checking the box included for this purpose; and (ii) the user’s free, informed, and unequivocal consent given after reviewing this privacy policy where RÉNÔVÀ informs the processing it will perform with your data, and if you agree, by checking the box included for this purpose in the service request form. The processing of data not covered by one of the legal bases indicated above will be carried out if RÉNÔVÀ deems it necessary to protect a legitimate interest and only if they do not infringe the fundamental rights and freedoms of the user.
Expiration – How long do we keep your data?
Data will be destroyed or archived when they are no longer strictly necessary or relevant for the purposes detailed in the Purpose section above. In particular, personal data will be retained as long as the business relationship is in effect (and to the extent that the user has not previously requested their deletion) and during the period in which obligations, compensations, and/or liabilities may arise in the context of the business relationship or for the services provided. RÉNÔVÀ informs that it will retain the essential information to identify the origin of the stored data for the duration of the client relationship with RÉNÔVÀ and/or the revocation of the user’s consent in accordance with the information in the Consent section of this privacy policy and/or the duration required by applicable law.
Confidentiality / Assignment / International Transfer – Do we disclose data to third parties?
RÉNÔVÀ will keep the collected personal data private and confidential and will not use it for purposes other than those established in the Purpose section above. RÉNÔVÀ requires the signing of confidentiality and personal data processing agreements by its employees and third parties providing services that access the content of databases (or include such obligations in the service agreements it signs with such providers as indicated in the following paragraph).
The personal data of the user collected by RÉNÔVÀ will not be transferred, sold, exchanged, transmitted, and/or disclosed to third parties outside of RÉNÔVÀ without the user’s consent, except as required by law and/or in order to provide the services to the user. RÉNÔVÀ may share certain personal information provided by the user internally within RÉNÔVÀ, with certain departments such as administration, marketing, or IT.
RÉNÔVÀ also uses social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and has integrated features from these networks into its services. Users may only use these social media platforms if they are registered and have logged into the corresponding network with their own account. These social media platforms have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions, over which RÉNÔVÀ has no influence or control.
Finally, the user should know that RÉNÔVÀ can (and reserves the right to) disclose its information in the following cases: (i) if required by a judicial or administrative authority; (ii) if necessary to exercise your rights under RÉNÔVÀ’s terms and conditions and this privacy policy; (iii) if necessary to comply with the law; (iv) if this data could be useful for the protection of third-party rights; (v) when useful for the protection of the rights, property, or safety of RÉNÔVÀ, its controllers, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, users, or the general public; and (vi) when there are valid reasons related to public safety, national defense, or public health.
Security – How do we ensure data security?
RÉNÔVÀ declares its intention to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data in accordance with the provisions of the Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions on the Protection of Personal Information (Law 25) to prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, consultation, or processing.
RÉNÔVÀ does not guarantee absolute privacy in the use of the site, as it cannot be ruled out that unauthorized third parties may gain access to it. The user acknowledges that existing technical security measures are not impenetrable and that even by adopting all reasonable security precautions, manipulation, destruction, and/or loss of information may occur. In the event of detecting a security incident involving a significant risk to the data owner, this event will be communicated promptly to the competent supervisory authority, along with the corrective and remedial measures implemented and/or to be implemented.
RÉNÔVÀ is not responsible for the loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, RÉNÔVÀ accepts no liability for any damages caused by computer viruses.
Finally, the user must also take measures to protect their information. RÉNÔVÀ emphasizes that you take all precautions to protect your personal information while on the Internet. At a minimum, you are advised to change your password periodically, using a combination of letters and numbers, and to ensure that you are using a secure browser.
Data owner rights and procedures for exercising them – What rights do I have as a data owner?
The user, as the data owner, may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, confidentiality, and deletion regarding their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions on the Protection of Personal Information (Law 25). The exercise of these rights can be performed by the user themselves via email to renova_tion@hotmail.com, or by written communication addressed to the Data Protection Officer at the following email address renova_tion@hotmail.com, or by any means provided by the applicable regulations mentioned above. RÉNÔVÀ may request the necessary data to validate the identification of the data owner.
The deletion of certain data will not be performed when it could harm the rights or legitimate interests of third parties or when there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
Training – Are we being trained?
RÉNÔVÀ staff whose functions are related to the processing of personal data are trained to ensure better protection of personal data and the rights of their holders.
Links to third parties – Does our site contain links to other sites?
The site may contain links to third-party sites, with or without advertising content, whose privacy policies are foreign to RÉNÔVÀ. Cookies – Do we use cookies?
